I honed this skill working directly with customers, including Walmart, to develop insights you can use cross-functionally because they align with the team's overall business objectives. Where I shine brightest is in leveraging those consumer and shopper insights to identify business opportunities and drive long-term growth. I did this for Mars, Kellogg's, P&G, and recently for Dunkin, Hasbro and Georgia Pacific. Through a collaborative partnership, I am able to deliver winning plans that meet the unmet needs of our shoppers. This is where I am able to truly bring the 'voice of the customer' to live.
